Infrastructure

The Bakery School India is equipped with state-of-the art facilities to give the students hands on experience in working with various equipment and techniques in a professional bakery setup. The infrastructure consists of a classroom, two working labs with all the modern equipment, a chocolate room, an oven room, a separate storage area to maintain commodities and a locker room.

Students are provided with a toolkit including basic bakery tools, chefs coat and an apron. The curriculum is spread over two years – and comprises a mix of theory classes, practical classes, industry visits and 2 internships before the students finish the course and get a company placement.
