About Us
Introduction
Bakery School India operates out of the premises of Shirvane Vidyalaya and Junior College, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. The course designed to impart bakery knowledge and skills started in 2014 with a first batch of students graduated in 2016.

We believe that the growing Bakery, Patisserie
and Chocolate sector will continue to have a lack
of well trained and skilled labour in the future.
Our Mission
The Puratos Sanskaar Foundation, registered as a non-Profit Company in India, is committed to make an important impact on the life of a significant group of underprivileged youngsters by training them to become future Bakers, Patisseries and Chocolatiers.

With the state-of-the-art Bakery School we created a new chapter within the Bakery, Patisserie and Chocolate industry in India.
